We provide users withtailored, active, and efficient consumption experiences whileenabling merchants to access stable and reliable platform servicesin various scenarios, such as live e-commerce and short videocontent e-commerce. We are actively seeking Tech Lead Managers tocontribute to our team's growth and productsuccess.

E-Commerce's Governance and Experienceis a global team dedicated to ensuring a safe and trustworthymarketplace for our buyers, sellers, and creators. We focus onareas such as risk detection capabilities, fairness, andsustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodityquality, and friction-free experiences to driveimprovement.

Responsibilities:

-Establish and manage the governance & experience techteam

- Design and architect solutions whileproviding technical support to engineers on theteam

- Align with product and organizationalobjectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliverkey results

- Define the long-term technicalroadmap for the team

- Contribute to technicaldecisions on projects across the productlineup

- Oversee the acquisition and developmentof software systems in organisational units.

-Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutionsand projects implemented in the organisation.

-Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and providetechnical expertise on the development of software and platformfeatures, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors areconsidered.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (ComputerStudies) or related discipline.

- At least 2+years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineeringteam

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience inlarge-scale backend system development isnecessary

- Experience in managing teams in afast-paced environment is essential

- Capable ofeffectively communicating technical information to both technicaland non-technical collaborators across different functions andlevels

- Strong experience with E-Commerce isrequired, and additional governance experience, includingAnti-Fraud and Risk Management, would be aplus

- Excellent leadership, communication, andmanagement skills are expected
