Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking PhD candidates with deep expertise in AI, specializing in Transformer architecture, Large Language Models (LLMs), and inference frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang). Familiarity with tools like Comfyor Flux is a plus. You will lead cutting-edge research and deploy AI solutions in real-world applications.

**Key Requirements**

1. Core Skills:


• Expertise in Transformer architecture and its applications in NLP.


• Proficiency in LLM optimization techniques, including:

◦ Attention mechanisms (e.g., FlashAttention, Sparse Attention).

◦ Memory and parallelism optimization (e.g., DeepSpeed's MLA, EP).

◦ Training/fine-tuning frameworks (e.g., DeepSeek, Hugging Face).


• Hands-on experience with inference frameworks (vLLM, SGLang) for latency reduction and resource efficiency.


• Strong knowledge of PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training.

2. Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience with Comfy/Flux or similar workflow tools.


• Knowledge of model compression, quantization, or multimodal integration (text, image).


• Track record of deploying LLMs in industrial scenarios.

3. Additional Requirements:


• Passion for solving complex AI challenges independently.


• Strong teamwork and communication skills.


• Publications or open-source contributions in AI/ML (e.g., CVPR, NeurIPS).

• PhD candidates/graduates in AI, NLP, or related fields.

** Responsibilities**

1. LLM Development:


• Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs using techniques like FlashAttention and DeepSpeed MLA/EP.


• Design efficient decoding algorithms for real-time inference.

2. Framework Innovation:


• Improve Transformer-based architectures (e.g., hybrid attention, dynamic batching).


• Optimize vLLM/SGLang for GPU/TPU utilization.

3. Deployment & Collaboration:


• Deploy models in production environments (cloud/edge).


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve domain-specific challenges.
