Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a 6 months Contract Part-Time Accounts Admin (4 hours per day/5 day work week) to support our finance and administrative functions. This role involves key responsibilities in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and providing administrative support within our company.


Main Duties:


  • Monitor and verify incoming funds and update daily cash flow. Verify accuracy of payment, claims and petty cash reimbursements. (AR/AP)
  • Maintain detailed and organized records to support financial reporting needs
  • Support the liaison process with external partners (e.g auditors, tax agent) as needed.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by Directors.
  • Able to start in early Jan 2025
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (e.g excel) is preferred
  • Good command of English.


Qualifications:

  • Preferably Diploma in Accounting, or relevant field.
  • Self-motivated, positive, proactive, highly-organized, and detail-oriented to work with accuracy and minimum supervision
