Roles and Resposibilities
- Understand how business processes are integrated with the applications and systems essential to the operation of the company business
- Apply your application management, software development and project management knowledge in your assigned tasks
- Analyse business processes to suggest process improvements, understand automation requirements and design RPA solutions around them
- Implement automation with RPA software to deliver against business requirements, software and industry best practices by working with business stakeholders teams to integrate RPA solutions
- Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders for business requirements
- Analyse and design the process workflows. This includes building, end-to-end testing, trouble-shooting and implementing RPA solutions
- Deliver and deploy sustainable code with high quality
- Conduct training of the robots deployed
- Present to internal and external stakeholders on RPA capabilities and insights on process improvement with automation
- Conduct RPA training including instructing and guiding business units on how to build RPA bots by themselves
- Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
- Prepare Impact Analyses (before and after automation) on the automated process
- Prepare design documentation about the automated process
- Prepare produce documentation of the automated processes
- Promote awareness and benefits, and collaborate with business and technical teams to promote the use of RPA for productivity
- Constantly looking for areas of improvement on existing business processes and infrastructure around RPA
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
- Has IT experience in software development and implementation
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent is referred Experience with RPA software (Automation Anywhere / UiPath / Blue Prism)
- Software engineering foundation with experience in process analysis and design, requirement gathering and documentation, and impact analysis
- Ability to apply lean and design thinking in business process modelling and familiar with business processing modelling
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Experience with machine learning or Agile project will be added advantage
- Excellent oral/written communication to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
