Spare Parts 3D, headquartered in France with offices in Singapore, leverages 3D printing to simplify and decarbonize supply chains. Using our proprietary DigiPART™ software, we digitize spare parts inventories for industry leaders in sectors like O&G, petrochemical, transportation, and semiconductor, enabling parts production anywhere with minimal lead times. Responsibilities

As part of a customer-focused project structure under the leadership of our Head of Engineering, you will support DIGIPART development across all data-related aspects, from preparing large data sets to integrating and analyzing data in DIGIPART. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and enhance large data sets by collating information from ERP, PLM, and various sources.
  • Conduct data labeling, cleaning, and validation to ensure quality.
  • Structure and integrate both structured and unstructured data into DigiPART databases.
  • Perform data audits, identify errors, and produce diagnostic reports.
  • Meet project deadlines by completing tasks on time.
  • Identify and resolve root causes of data quality issues, providing feedback for product improvement.
  • Develop new processes to identify and leverage data improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DIGIPART enhancements.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role (preferred).
  • Willingness to undergo training in 3D printing applications and DigiPART software.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Python, or Power BI is required.
  • Professional fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Strong ethical standards, integrity, and adherence to compliance.
  • Skilled in handling large amounts of data and identifying actionable insights.
  • Adaptable and resilient, capable of navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
