Administrative Staff – Warehouse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Staff member to support our warehouse operations and logistics team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a warehouse setting with a strong understanding of shipment tracking, asset list management, tagging, and coordination of inbound/outbound deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update shipment tracking logs for both incoming and outgoing goods.
- Create and manage asset inventory lists, including serial numbers and configuration details.
- Asset tagging for all received and deployed equipment using barcode or QR tagging systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, couriers, and third-party vendors to schedule and confirm shipments and deliveries.
- Ensure timely documentation and record-keeping for shipments, including delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
- Assist with the preparation of reports on inventory, logistics, and stock movement.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to support receiving, unpacking, and dispatching activities.
- Support physical stock checks, reconciliations, and periodic audits.
- Assist in preparing access letters, delivery schedules, and basic shipping documentation.
- Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document control.
- Minimum 2- 3 years of administrative experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Hands-on experience working in a warehouse environment is required.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, Excel spreadsheets, and basic shipment tracking tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and hands-on environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of IT equipment and asset lifecycle (beneficial but not required).
