Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding 6-month contract? We are seeking a Temp Admin Staff to support our team in merchandising and inventory planning. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with administrative and operational tasks related to merchandising/inventory planning.
  • Managed and updated data in Excel, including performing data analysis and reporting.
  • Supporting team members with presentations and reports in PowerPoint.
  • Handling day-to-day administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Merchandising, or any related field.
  • Preferably with prior experience in merchandising or inventory planning, with a keen sensitivity to numbers.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with complex formulas.
  • Ability to create and manage PowerPoint presentations effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling numerical data.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
