Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient big data platform solutions.
  • Design and architect robust big data platforms, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement end-to-end data processing workflows, from data collection to analysis and visualization.
  • Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to optimize data models and algorithms for efficient and accurate data analysis and mining.
  • Lead the implementation and deployment of big data technologies, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on big data best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance and security policies and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of big data platforms to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in big data technologies and DevOps practices, and provide recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
  • Successfully deliver projects, including big data platform implementations, data warehouse architectures, data analysis and mining, and user profiling and tagging systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology,
  • Proven experience as a Applicationss/Big Data Architect, with extensive experience in planning, designing, implementing, delivering, and maintaining big data platforms.
  • Proficiency in the entire data processing workflow, including data collection, cleansing, preprocessing, storage, analysis, mining, and visualization.
  • Demonstrated project experience in designing, developing, delivering, and deploying BI products.
  • Familiarity with the internet industry and B2B business, with project experience in business analysis and data applications in mainstream industries such as virtual currency, food delivery, internet retail, freight logistics, banking, finance, and e-commerce.
  • Knowledgeable in big data technologies, frameworks, and tools such as Hadoop, Kafka, Flume, Spark
  • Skilled in microservices deployment and maintenance, with expertise in DevOps practices.
  • Involved in data warehouse architecture design and implementation, data analysis and mining, and user profiling and tagging system design and development.
  • Successfully implemented projects in the field of big data, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
