Job Responsibilities:
- Assist R&D Manager in Production Support (Production Trouble Shooting); Customer Support (RMPS – Raw Material Planning and Scheduling, Product Application, Customer Complaint); Product Development (development of new / counter products)
- Prepare sample requested by Sales Department / customer
- Ensure all analytical equipment are in good order
- Assist R&D manager in: maintaining quality records & calibration of lab equipment; sourcing new equipment and develop methodology for new equipment; maintain QEMS and safety system in R&D Department
- Plan and carry out new project assigned by R&D Manager
- Provide training to new R&D Technician / technologist or important customer
- Issue the specification, PDS, TDS to relevant projects
- Ensure good housekeeping of the workplace
- Ensure implementation of risk control, improve / maintain safety control measures and adhere to safe work procedure according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements
- Discussion or presentation with/to customer potentially via business trip to online meeting
Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemical Process or Bachelors’ Degree in Science, Food Science or equivalent
- Candidate without experience are welcome as training will be provided
