Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, ensure efficient space utilization, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct inventory audits, monitor stock levels, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, and develop schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers for shipments and optimize delivery routes.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and implement improvements.


Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of WMS and inventory control.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
