Roles & ResponsibilitiesROV Pilot / Technician:
- Operate and pilot ROVs for offshore inspection, maintenance, and intervention tasks.
- Conduct routine and corrective maintenance of ROV systems, including hydraulics, electronics, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair ROV components to ensure minimal operational downtime.
- Assist in launching and recovering ROVs from offshore vessels and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
ROV Supervisor:
- Supervise ROV operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead a team of ROV pilots and technicians, coordinating tasks and assignments.
- Review and implement mission plans based on client and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of ROV operations, equipment status, and maintenance logs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vessel crew, and project managers.
Requirements:
✅ For All Positions:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in offshore ROV operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of ROV systems, electronics, hydraulics, and maintenance procedures.
- Valid offshore medical and survival certificates (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, OGUK medical, etc.).
- Ability to work in remote offshore environments for extended periods.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to HSE policies.
✅ For Supervisors:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within ROV operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IMCA ROV certification.
- Experience with Work Class and Observation Class ROVs.
- Familiarity with offshore survey and subsea intervention projects.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
