Weare seeking a Senior Engineer with system integration expertisewith design oversight to join our team. As a vital member of ourteam, you will be involved in the design, development, and testingof medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standardsand industry best practices.

Your role willinvolve collaborating with cross-functional teams to createinnovative solutions encompassing hardware, software and chemistryby conducting verification and validation activities, and providingtechnical support throughout the productlifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a solidunderstanding of system integration principles, best practices inverification and validation testing, and knowledge of medicaldevice regulations (such as ISO 13485).

Job Roles andResponsibilities:
  • Develop high-level system architectures that meet userrequirements while considering design feasibility.
  • Ensure that all system components are compatible and canbe integrated seamlessly.
  • Design and implementintegration strategies and validate the functions as intended whileadhering to design principles.
  • Leadcollaborative teams for the design, implementation, and validationwhile is capable to perform hand-on testing independently ifrequired to complete engineering or verificationstudies.
  • Lead creating innovative solutionsthat align with both technical specification and user needs formedical products.
  • Coordinate between design,engineering, assay, project manager, and other disciplines toensure cohesive product development.
  • Author oroversee the writing of protocols and reports.
  • Foster collaboration among team members to addresschallenges from both a technical and design perspective.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation,including design specifications, test protocols, and reports,ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO13485.

JobRequirements:
  • Experience in system integration andinnovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Design or equivalent engineering or science background.
  • Comfortable with navigating uncertain situations withoutclear guideline.
  • Adaptability to changing workconditions and project requirements.
  • 5-10years' experience in cross-functional product development roles andcompleted one full product development cycle.
  • Track record in working effectively with diverse teams,including engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communicationbetween technical and non-technical stakeholders and ability tosummarize and communicate complex problems in simpleterms.
  • Strong analytical skills totroubleshoot integration issues while considering designimplications.
  • Able to break down complexsystem in simple steps and identify interfaces between modules andgenerate system diagrams, workflows and reports.
  • Curious and proactive approach to gather informationnecessary for decision-making.
  • Knowledge ofstatistical tools for data analysis such as(Python/Matlab/Origin/LabView) will be a strongadvantage.
  • Experience with design software.Experience with CFD simulation software such as ANSYS isadvantageous.
