ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now extending the application to interested candidates who would apply for the role of Control & Planning PMO or Cross-Functional PMO to join our Service Delivery Division. The candidate must be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital transformation profession who would work closely with our Division Manager and (internal / external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our services.


To be successful in this role, you should possess the quality of a PMO professional who will have a proven track record in planning, coordination, and management of large-scale banking projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. You would also work closely with the client’s internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relates to quality or process improvements.

Candidate is also responsible to ensure that the daily activities are in compliance with Braindge’s Credo and business policies. He/she reports to the Team Leader and carry out leading functions of the department.


Key Area of Responsibilities (KAR) for either Control & Planning or Cross-Functional PMO:

· Project scheduling and resource planning, considering dependencies.

· Management of project issues and document creation for management reporting.

· Setting evaluation criteria (e.g., Critical Points) and coordinating with related departments (e.g., IT, Compliance).

· Responding to regulatory requirements and supporting administrative tasks.

· Regularly reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions to leadership.

· Planning

o Project scheduling and resource planning for projects overall considering dependency of each of them


· 1) Control & Planning PMO

o Management of project issues

o Document creation and related adjustment in management reporting

o Setting CP or other criteria for evaluation

o Coordination with related departments and managements throughout the Bank (Front Office, Transaction banking, Compliance, IT, etc.)

o Responding to the authority’s requirements changes and updates.

o Support for other administrative tasks.


OR

· 2) Cross Functional PMO

o PMO across all corporate banking business areas.

o Commit to advancement of project, by confirming and following up the progress of entire business areas, sharing issues and actions towards them with other business areas, etc.

o Consolidation of status reported by each business area’s PMO, and reporting to Overall Control & Planning.

o Cost and Resource Coordination across business area, working closely with Overall Control & Planning.

o Coordination with stakeholders, including Business and IT, to ensure meeting their needs and expectations.

· Any other duties related to this role.


Basic Requirements:

· Extensive PMO experience in core banking projects.

· Proven ability to lead PMO tasks independently.

· Experiences in bank industry as a bank employee (will be added advantage), or experiences of service provision to bank industry as a consultant.

· Familiarity with package system implementation.

· Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

· Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.

· PMO experiences in big projects such as core banking projects

· Experience of leading all of the PMO tasks described in the “Responsibilities” by oneself

· Experiences of user task PMO in big projects such as core banking projects.

· Experiences of planning and promotion of issue management in Cross-Area/ Subsystem /Module (Remittance, Trade Finance, Corporate Lending, Markets, Security, etc..)

· Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Hands-on experience interacting with users to gather and refine requirements.
