What You’ll Do
- Drive Enrolment Growth: You’ll play a key role in growing our student base by managing inquiries, engaging with prospective parents and students, and showcasing the value of our programmes. You’ll focus on creating meaningful connections that convert into enrolments, helping more students get the support they need.
- Oversee Operations & Efficiency: Manage the day-to-day functions of the centre, ensuring everything from class schedules to resource allocation runs like clockwork. You’ll ensure that both tutors and students have what they need for a productive learning experience.
- Lead a Talented Team: You’ll motivate and guide a team of passionate tutors and support staff, fostering collaboration and communication to ensure the highest quality of education and service. You’ll be the bridge that connects all parts of the centre together.
- Shape the Student Journey: You’ll oversee the onboarding of new students, making sure they feel welcomed and prepared from their very first class. Your attention to their experience will help build long-term relationships and success stories.
- Build Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students, addressing concerns and maintaining strong, positive relationships. Your focus on satisfaction will help create a supportive and loyal community.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure the centre operates smoothly within set policies and regulatory standards, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency. You’ll also report key metrics to senior management to showcase the centre’s progress.

Who You Will Be Reporting To and What You Can Learn:
As the Centre Manager, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director / Founder, a highly experienced leader in the education industry. Under their guidance, our tuition centres have become renowned for providing outstanding academic results and a nurturing environment for both students and staff.
