JEWELLERY CRAFTSMAN

The Craftsman is responsible for performing a variety of jewellery service including repair and restoration work, cleaning, polishing and alteration of jewellery.

1. Provide alteration repair, polishing and restoration service

• Perform professional cleaning and polishing while adhering to safety and quality standards and work instructions
• Verify quality of finished workpieces

2. Provide specialized and customized service

• Perform specialist service including engraving
• Perform essential internal and external equipment checking

3. Maintenance of equipment and safety standards

• Ensure safety standards are complied to by team members

4. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail jewellery
• Seconday school education and above
• Able to use basic MS Office.
• Responsible and reliable
• Arm-hand steadiness
• Good eyesight
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Integrity and honesty
