BRAND MANAGER - HAIR & BEAUTY INDUSTRY

BUSINESS ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Brand Manager to spearhead our brand strategy and digital marketing efforts. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, engagement with our hairdressers, consumers and sales growth through innovative and effective activities (traditional and digital). He/ she will work closely with the W team and be a collaborative, active individual who will enjoy working closely with the sales, education and customer service teams at W.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Craft and execute a compelling brand strategy that echoes the company mission and values.

• Lead and inspire to create impactful online and traditional campaigns across social media, email, SEO and more.

• Develop captivating content that resonates with our audience and tells our brand stories.

• Analyse market trends and consumer insights to shape our marketing strategies.

• Optimize our website and e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all areas of the business.

• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to fuel continuous improvement.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a start-up is preferred
  • A highly motivated, energetic and target driven personality
  • Sound knowledge of digital & traditional marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • A genuine interest in the hair & beauty industry
  • Ability to work independently
