Roles & Responsibilities

To support the Service Commissioning team on the commissioning and testing of security and communication systems as well as to provide continual technical support to customers.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV, Public Address, and other Security & Communication systems;
  • Analyze equipment failures to determine the cause and recommend/take corrective actions
  • Ensure all assigned jobs are completed timely and meet customers’ specification
  • Provide support to Project Team on the implementation of new projects
  • Attend and carry out rectification works at the site
  • Carry out standby duties as per roster for urgent service requests outside office hour
  • Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support
  • Provide support to projects during the DLP period to ensure all rectification works are completed before handover

Job Requirements:

  • With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field;
  • A good team player, independent, and able to work under pressure;
  • Positive and willing to learn attitude, coupled with the ability to take the initiative;
  • Responsible and committed to meeting deadlines on jobs assigned.
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Office such as Excel, Word
