Mystery Shopper

Roles & Responsibilities

Mystery shoppers are needed to assess whether participating retailers are able to share correct information on a programme, and are compliant with the relevant programme agreements and terms.

Job Scope:

You will assist in a mystery shopping exercise which will include the following:

1. Visit 5-8 participating retailers a day to enquire about a programme
2. Complete a post-visit questionnaire to document findings
3. Complete the exercise in within 3 weeks

The client will provide some guiding questions that the mystery shoppers can ask the retailers. These questions will be framed as if the mystery shopper is interested in purchasing an item from the retailer. The post-visit questionnaire that the mystery shopper will fill up will consist of 8 – 10 open-ended and/or multiple-choice questions.

Job requirements:

1. Good communication skills
2. Good interpersonal skills in engaging stakeholders
3. Able to work independently
4. Can input simple information into an online form
5. Preferably with at least one year's experience in Mystery Shopping

Working Hours:

10am and 6pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays
