Job Description:
- Handle communications between Global Compliance, the company and entities.
- Prepare presentations and explanations and status reports of current compliance activities
- Manage and develop policies in compliance
- Support compliance meetings and discussions
- Minute taking of meetings
- Conduct compliance audits
- Support management reporting
- Support investigation proceedings
- Support follow up of countermeasures and action plans with stakeholders
- Administrative support for compliance areas, including provide compliance training

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business with at least 4 - 5 years of audit/compliance experience
- Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management
- Clear thinker, pay attention to details , adaptable to new software and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter as well as a good team player who is able to work independently and high level of integrity

Compensation:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday at 9am to 5:45pm
- Working location: CBD
