  • Manage M&E work with specialist sub-contractor and M&E coordinators.
  • Monitor the progress of work.
  • Supervise/preparation of shop drawings, as-built M&E drawings and O&M manual.
  • Manage and supervise in the administration / inspection of M&E work, handover of M&E services.
  • Ensure compliance with requirements of various authorities and specifications.
  • Coordinate technical issues with M&E consultants.
  • Coordinate all site matters with structural and architectural trades.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree recognized by PEB/BCA.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
  • Excellent project and time management abilities.
  • An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly driven and able to work under minimum supervision.
