Job Description & Requirements

工作职责：

  • 根据 Glory Joy 的政策、指导方针、框架和理念来计划、监督和交付项目。
  • 准备和实施计划和适合年龄的教具。
  • 准确记录孩子的进步，并单独解决孩子的教育和发展需求。
  • 完成孩子每学期的进度报告，并为每个孩子准备一份发展档案。
  • 通过每周至少一次的联系簿、每周的团队通讯和会议与家长沟通。
  • 与父母会面以解决任何问题。
  • 始终使用积极的纪律技巧。
  • 在课堂上指导和监督助教。
  • 必要时提供基本的急救。
  • 负责教室的教学资源、布置、外观、装饰、学习环境的维护。
  • 熟悉所有工作课程文件、手册和政策手册。
