Admin cum HR Assistant
- Working days : Monday - Friday (830am - 6pm)
- Location :Bukit Batok
- Salary range: SGD 2,200 - SGD 2,400
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company processes and procedures.
- Manage filing system, phone calls and correspondences.
- Assist in maintaining Company’s ISO system.
- Handle all work pass applications, issuance, appeal, renewal, cancellation, PCP matters and courses registrations.
- Support in HR matters.
- Perform and maintain office & project records and databases.
- Other general administrative duties/tasks.
