Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working time: 9.00 to 6.00 pm
Salary: $4000 - $5500

Job scope:

  • Prospecting, identifying and generating new business and generating additional business from existing customers.
  • Implement an effective network for consistent growth and better market penetration.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, vendors and partners.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • To drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
  • Provide information such as service needs, market conditions, promotional activities, business opportunities, sales trends, and competition strategies/activities on a regular basis in monthly reports and other written communications.
  • Work with the Portfolio Head/Director to develop a marketing and relationship management plan focusing on the target clients.
  • Set up the operation and marketing budget for promoting and delivering IT Training and corporate programs.
  • Effectively manage customer expectations to ensure they are aligned with deliverables and timeline.
  • Coordination with the support department for timely execution of business orders.
  • Manage the sales process; lead generation; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the operations team.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing Studies or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years sales or business development experience in training/education sector.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and delivering customer support in training/education sector.
  • Proven success in your business development ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
