We are currently looking for adriven and enthusiastic experienced Sales professional withknowledge of technology and proven B2C and/or B2B sales and accountmanagement experience You will be selling our Service Cloud, AIand Agentforce products across a regionally aligned portfolio ofaccounts. As a Sales Account Executive, you will work inpartnership with the existing Account owners and carry quota forthe product sales to develop business opportunities and revenuegrowth:

Our Cloud SpecialistSales team is growing, and we have newly createdrole based in ASEAN, looking after a range of Enterprise andCommercial customers. We are looking for CloudAccount Executives (sellers) who are passionateabout and want to get involved in the power that AI and Agentforcewill bring to our Service Cloud offering. As a Service CloudAccount Executive, you will leverage the untapped potential ofService Cloud by partnering with existing account owners (CoreAccount Executives) and be responsible for achieving a dedicatedquota for Service Cloud product sales.
You willformulate and implement a strategic sales approach within anassigned region, driving revenue growth by penetrating the existingcustomer base and developing new opportunities, positioning theincredible value of key Service Cloud solutions. Establishingyourself as a trusted advisor for the Services industry, you willwork closely with customers to deeply understand their uniquechallenges and goals, identify opportunities where our ServiceCloud solution can help them achieve their business objectives, andblaze new trails within theirorganizations.
Responsibilities:
Developand implement successful campaigns across the Service Cloud FieldService, Digital Engagement & install base, prospects, andwhitespace.
Personally build new leads from prospectingefforts and assist others in thoroughly qualifying leads and salesopportunities.
Leverage business from new and establishedrelationships.
Strategize, negotiate, and close businessdeals.
Understand the commercial aspects of the ServiceCloud solution.
Exceed an annual sales quota by running afull sales cycle to address client problems and transform theirbusiness related to their contact center needs.
Enable andeducate internal teams to ensure they can successfully seek ServiceCloud opportunities.
Be customer-facing as required.
Requirements:
- Achiever - proven success achieving setsales targets and familiar with complex deal cycles.Strong sales discipline and tenacity,able to see a path forward despite challenges.
- Passion for Services - experience selling similarsolution stacks, or management positions in the customer serviceindustry, or a subject matter expert
- Strategist - Able to develop and executestrategies, bringing everyone along on the journey.We need you to amplify the Service Cloud message across internaland external stakeholders
- Value selling -demonstrated experience in uncovering customer needs,curious and always asking "why" to unlock howService Cloud can add value to the customer
- Team seller - collaborate with multipleinternal and external stakeholders to drive the bestoutcomes for the customer and Salesforce, negotiating &influencing outcomes
- Trusted partner - Passionfor working with customers and guiding them on the SalesforceCustomer Journey.
- Multi-tasker - able tomulti-task & organise time effectively to manage multiple dealssimultaneously
This role is perfectfor those who prefer a collaborative, team value selling approachfor a dedicated product solution but enjoys the adrenalin ofclosing deals and hitting targets.
