The Junior Cleaning Operations Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors. This entry-level position involves a blend of administrative, supervisory, and hands-on tasks that support the overall cleaning operations.

1. Supervision and Coordination:

- Assist in managing cleaning staff, ensuring they follow established procedures and practices.

- Coordinate cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor the completion of duties to ensure efficiency.

2. Training and Support:

- Support the training of new cleaning staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.

- Provide guidance and assistance to team members, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

3. Quality Control:

- Conduct regular inspections of cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.

- Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken.

4. Inventory and Supplies Management:

- Assist in monitoring and managing cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.

- Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records related to cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and inventory levels.

- Prepare reports on cleaning operations and activities for review by senior management.

6. Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices in cleaning operations.

- Participate in safety training and promote a culture of safety within the team.

7. Customer Service:

- Respond to inquiries and feedback from clients or staff regarding cleaning services and address concerns professionally.

8. Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in facilities management or a related field is an advantage.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and hygiene standards.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Required class 3 driver licence.
