Who We Need

The Pharmacy Dispatcher will be responsible for delivering medications to and from the Pharmacy and various wards in the hospital/ inter hospitals.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Ensure all sealed medication bags for dispatch are accounted for.
  • Deliver ward medications accurately and on time.
  • Maintain record of daily dispatches.
  • Assist in manning the Pharmacy counter and answering phone calls.
  • Check, receive and place newly delivered goods on the respective shelves.
  • Arrange and file printed purchase orders (POs) copies into the PO file.
  • Sort invoices by arranging them in alphabetical order.
  • Clear the incoming locker and pneumatic tube by collecting the returned items and/or paper orders from wards and place them into the correct baskets.
  • Assist ward staff in collecting the prepared ward stock and pack the fridge items for them.
  • Fill of ward stock list into the respective files at the end of the month

How to Succeed

  • Minimum PSLE.
  • Exhibits a good sense of responsibility and commitment towards the job and hospital.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications.
  • 42 hours per week (Modified 5-day week including rostered Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
  • No working experience is welcomed.
