What part will you play?Responsible of Signalling activities in a CBTC project for Trackside sub-systemsLead the trackside signalling design activities for the CBTC projectParticipate in the meeting with customer, operator and other SWC to finalize the design for the trackside sub-systemsDeploy system/hardware/software changes/versions to trackside sub-systemsAnalyze / troubleshoot s behaviors of trackside sub-systems providing a first analysisCoordinate and interface with different parties (Client, Operator, SWCs, Design Team in Spain, Engineering and T&C Manager, Project Manager)Attend actively during the Defect Review meetings for trackside sub-systems.Ensure the accomplishment of Project MilestonesUse your skills to move the world forward.Bachelor’s degree (or greater) in Electrical, Computer, Systems Engineering or equivalentAt least 8 years working experience in Design and/or T&C on Signaling Systems/CTBC for trackside sub-systemsAt least 6 years working experience in project coordination / planning / team managementAbility to work flexible working hours and schedule (example: night or weekend)Strong leadership and organizational skillsStrong Knowledge on System Development Life Cycle and Configuration ManagementKnowledge in computer science and electricityCapacity to schedule activities and follow upFluent in English and capacity to write technical documentation in EnglishCapacity to analyze and have a system point of viewCapacity to summarize and send clear reportingGood to have experience in system integration, Software and/or HardwareWork Package Management experience would be appreciatedKnowledge of Siemens Block Processor and Westrace Interlocking technologies would be appreciatedWhat We OfferFlexible working arrangementsCareer, professional & personal developmentMake your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.We support a diverse workforce.Siemens is a proud equal opportunity employer, creating a work environment of diversity and inclusion.
