PositionOverview: As a 3D Designer and Visualiser (InteriorDesign), you will play a crucial role in translating conceptualdesigns into visually stunning 3D renderings. With your expertisein interior design and proficiency in 3D modelling software, youwill bring our clients' projects, to life and ensure that everydetail is meticulously crafted to perfection.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Conceptualisation andVisualisation: Work closely with the interior designteam to conceptualise and develop interior design concepts forcommercial spaces and private residential projects. Translate theseconcepts into detailed 3D renderings that accurately convey theintended aesthetic and spatial layout.
  • 3D Modelling and Rendering:Utilise your proficiency in 3D modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD,V-Ray, 3ds Max, Sketchup) to create realistic 3D models of interiorspaces, furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements. Applytextures, lighting, and rendering techniques to producehigh-quality visualisations that showcase design conceptseffectively.
  • PortfolioDevelopment: Maintain and update website withsamples of previous work, highlighting expertise in designingcommercial spaces and private residential projects (condominium andlanded properties).
  • Collaboration andCommunication: Collaborate closely with the designteam, project managers, and clients to understand projectrequirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment withproject timelines and objectives. Communicate effectively to conveydesign concepts and address any concerns or questions that mayarise during the design process.
  • Quality Assurance: Conductthorough quality checks on 3D renderings to ensure accuracy,consistency, and adherence to design standards. Make revisions asnecessary to meet client expectations and project specifications,ensuring that the final deliverables exceed clientsatisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in InteriorDesign, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3DDesigner/Visualiser in the interior design industry, with a focuson commercial spaces and private residential projects (condominiumand landed properties).
  • Proficiency in 3Dmodelling software such as AutoCAD, V-Ray, 3ds Max andSketchup.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your 3Ddesign skills and experience in commercial spaces and privateresidential projects (condominium and landedproperties).
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
  • Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing projectrequirements.
  • Attention to detail and apassion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
  • Strong personality traits, fast proactive, ambitious,strong initiatives.
  • Able to work independentlyand speak with confidence.
  • Committed anddriven to succeed.
