Sales Co-ordinator | Indoor Sales | Up to $3k | Oil & Gas | Boon Lay
Location: Chin Bee Drive
Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri
Working hours : 8:30am -5:00pm
Salary : $2,200 – $3,000
Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiry and customer’s purchase order
- Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
- Liaison with customer on product quality and delivery
- Provide pre and post sales services to maintain good working relationship with customers
- Arrange shipment accordance to sales order
- Retrieve mill test certificates when require
- Monitor and assist the Finance Dept. in collecting payment from the customers
- Assign tasks given by departmental head and directors
Requirement
- At least 2 years’ experience in the sales of hardware products or electrical items, especially in the oil & gas industry
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Must have experience in valves, pipes and fittings.
