Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Waitress to join our team at Yu Tea Pte Ltd, a Chinese tea restaurant in the CBD area. As a Tea Server, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Working hours: 10am – 6pm
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS System.
• Serve food and beverages, including a variety of Chinese teas, in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, clearing dishes, and keeping restrooms tidy.
• Provide information about our menu, especially tea options, and make recommendations when needed.
• Check the stock count for various Chinese teas daily, ensuring inventory levels are accurate.
• Wash tea cups, teapots, and other serving items after each use.
• Refill tea canisters and check the cleanliness of tea brewing equipment.
• Process payments and issue receipts.

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean or PRs.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
