Roles & Responsibilities

With the business expansion, we're looking to hire a Singapore based Sales Support to work closely with our sales team.


For this role, you will need to

  • Proactively supporting the sales team, coordinating and organizing meetings, supporting contract management matters.
  • Assist the sales team and/or customers to manage orders, demand, stock availability and collating manual allocations.
  • Handling quotation, agreements or contracts and delivery matters.
  • Providing various weekly/Monthly Sales data reports for sales meeting.
  • Create new and update sales product presentations and catalogues

Job requirement

  • Diploma in any field (engineering related major is preferred).
  • A self starter, meticulous attention to details.
  • Able to work individually as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) is a must.
