Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Plan, execute and manage various events & live production projects.
  • Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely customer support.
  • Craft and develop creative event proposals for potential clients.
  • Liaise with multiple different stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Service and advise clients on their requirements prior to each event project.
  • Be responsible for project development and coordination with relevant parties.
  • Liaise, communicate and collaborate with various vendors regarding different aspects of event production.
  • Set-up and operate audio visual lighting and broadcast equipment.
  • Operate and maintain camera equipment, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
  • Putting together both a budget plan and production schedule for relevant projects.
  • Manage project timeline and ensure timelines are met from brief reception to assets delivery.
  • Planning of production crew and equipment specifications.
  • Provide professional consultation and handle sales strategies for potential leads.

Requirements:

  1. Degree/Diploma in Events Management, Arts Management, Communications or equivalent
  2. Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills are essential for juggling multiple tasks, creating timelines, and managing budgets effectively.
  3. Logistics Expertise: Understanding venue logistics, vendor coordination, equipment rentals, and transportation arrangements is key.
  4. Streaming knowledge: Mastering of Zoom Meetings & Webinars capabilities and OBS/vMix. Other systems welcomed.
  5. To be knowledgeable in technical aspects of an event (eg. AV production, videography & photography, media coverage etc)
  6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
  7. Have a positive working attitude, self-motivated, and be independent.
  8. Need to have strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
  9. Proficient knowledge in developing technical drawing, floor plan and event design.
  10. Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
  11. Strong work commitment and looking to progress into a leader.
