Roles & Responsibilities

You will provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operation within the department.

You are required to plan and coordinate performance management matters or workplans for SingHealth Group Education, including the tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), enterprise risk management, audit processes and systems. You will gather, analyse and evaluate information for preparation of papers and presentations, support planning and decision-making as well as formulate strategies and shape policies using valid and reliable data.

You will plan and coordinate events and retreats, as well as contribute towards strategic initiatives, including the development and execution of joint education initiatives with Duke-NUS Medical School.

Your responsibilities include preparation of presentations for management meetings and townhalls, as well as secretariat support that encompasses the scheduling of meetings, collation of meeting agendas, minute-taking and managing the calendars of senior management at SingHealth Group Education.


Job Requirement

· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

· Good interpersonal skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint

· Experience in project management

· Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Organised and meticulous

· Team player and able to work independently.
