Roles & Responsibilities

This role reports to Chef Concierge.


Job Description

* To deliver and retrieve guest luggage to and from rooms or designated areas, and assist with storage.

* To perform doorman duties, including opening car doors, managing luggage, and controlling traffic.

* To deliver newspapers, mail, and messages to guest rooms and assist guests entering or leaving the property.

* To arrange transportation for guests in the absence of the Concierge and handle parking procedures.

* To stay informed about hotel amenities, assist with guest inquiries, and support Concierge and Front Office staff as needed.

* To undertake any other duties when requested by the Front Office Management and Hotel Management.


Requirements

* Prior experience preferred

* Well-groomed and customer-oriented.

* Possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition.

* Basic knowledge in Opera PMS system preferred.
