Marketing Associate (Paid Media)


You will be the “Meta ads person” on a marketing team, reporting to the Growth Manager.


This is currently a junior role, but expect it to evolve as the underlying business grows. Further training will be provided as complexity evolves.


Primarily, you will:

  • generate ideas and concepts for creative strategy,
  • script and draft copy for videos and ads,
  • produce ad creatives, either by engaging external vendors or utilising internal resources.

You will also:

  • set up Meta ad campaigns,
  • assess Meta ad performance and make recommendations for adjustments,
  • increase Meta advertising spend, number of campaigns and ad creatives with time in order to meet revenue growth targets.

You will be performing these responsibilities with close support from the Growth Manager and colleagues on the marketing team.

  • You have demonstrable knowledge or experience in at least one (1) of these areas: Performance marketing, Copywriting, Creative strategy, Social media marketing, Content creation.
  • You have at least one (1) year of full time work experience (any industry).

  • You are action-oriented.
  • You have a Diploma/Degree.
