Job Description

My client is a growing home staging and interior styling company with a focus on biophilic design, artificial greenery, and beautiful living spaces. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Freelance Training & Engagement Coordinator to support both their training programs and team coordination efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the spotlight, has a passion for interiors, and is a natural communicator and organizer. You'll be part of a small, creative team and will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully through public engagement, training delivery, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver hands-on training sessions on home staging and styling for students and clients
  • Represent the brand confidently through public speaking, workshops, and video appearances
  • Coordinate with a small team of trainers to align schedules, manage materials, and support logistics
  • Assist in client engagement activities and help promote training and service offerings
  • Support the internal team with basic administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident speaking in front of groups or camera
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Interest or experience in home staging, interior design, or styling
  • Outgoing, personable, and able to engage with clients and team members professionally
  • Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently
  • Comfortable working on a freelance/project basis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in training, education, public speaking, or hosting events
  • Experience in interior styling, property staging, visual merchandising, or related creative fields
  • Ability to assist in simple content creation (e.g., helping with training visuals or video content)
