Responsibilities
  • Identify sales leads, generate new opportunities and follow up on them timely.
  • Develop and manage good relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Present offers and deals to customers
  • Advise on available solutions
  • Manage and follow through the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Promote positive brand image of Motorist by maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements
  • Strong, proven track record in sales
  • Independent and target-focused. Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong positive mindset
