The Global e-commerce teamis a content e-commerce business utilizing international shortvideo products as carriers. Our aim is to become the preferredchoice for users seeking to discover and purchase affordable,high-quality products. We provide users with tailored, vibrant, andefficient consumption experiences while enabling merchants toaccess robust and dependable platform services in variousscenarios, such as live e-commerce and short video contente-commerce. E-Commerce'sGovernance Platform is a global team dedicated to ensuring a safeand trustworthy marketplace for our buyers, sellers, and creators.We focus on areas such as risk detection capabilities, fairness,and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content andcommodity quality, and friction-free experiences to driveimprovement.

Responsibilities

-Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, andimplementation of risk control systems.

-Collaborate with product managers and cross functional teams toidentify and prioritize fraud detection and prevention initiatives.

- Evaluate existing risk control processes andtechnologies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Drive innovation by researching andimplementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance fraudprevention capabilities.

- Provide technicalguidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture ofcontinuous learning and development.

- Definethe long-term technical roadmap for theteam.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (ComputerStudies) or related discipline.

- 5 years ofexperience in software development, with a focus on risk control oranti-fraud solutions.

- Strong proficiency inprogramming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.

- Demonstrated leadership experience, with theability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

- Excellent problem-solving and analyticalskills, with a keen attention todetail.

PreferredQualifications

- Prior experienceworking on risk control or anti-fraud solutions in the e-commerceindustry.

- Experience with distributed systemsand microservices architecture

- Strongcommunication skills and the ability to collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams.
