RESPONSIBILITIES

JobPurpose
  • Maximize newbusiness/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existingcustomer relationships to the specified service standards for thePriority Clients segment
  • Implementation andoversight of the below individual responsibilities:
  • To conduct a professional, consultative financialanalysis and profiling session with customers to meet theirfinancial needs/objectives.
  • To foster anddeepen customer relationships by providing regular marketinformation updates and trend analysis on local and internationalfinancial products.
  • In consultation with thePB team manager/ branch manager/ PTL, draw up monthly plans forachieving/exceeding sales targets to meet new business and customeracquisition goals
  • To participate in marketingand promotional activities for customer acquisition.
  • To source and call on individual prospects
  • To provide quality, efficient after-salesservices
  • To manage anti-attrition andretention of clients
  • To organise and conductsales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies andother organisations.
  • To solicit referrals fromother parts of SCB eg. RMs from C&I, staff, etc.
  • To comply with all applicable money laundering preventionprocedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to theTransaction Monitoring Unit.
  • To ensurecompliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank andexternal regulatoryauthorities.

  • CMFAS Exams
  • Experience in Managing North Asia Market
  • Good understanding and command of Mandarin as theincumbent will be supporting North Asia market
  • 5 years of experience inBanking.
