Roles & Responsibilities

BIOCREATIONS Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fermentation Specialist, in the field of food application. As a leading company in the food industry, we are dedicated to developing innovative solutions that promote sustainable and health solution to end customers.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize fermentation processes for the production of bio-functional ingredient product for food application.

- Conduct research and experiments to improve fermentation performance, yield, and quality of the finish products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale up fermentation processes from lab to pilot plant and commercial production.

- Provide technical expertise on fermentation and bio-application processes to internal teams and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:

- Polytechnic or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Microbiology,Biochemitry, Biotechnology, or Biochemical Engineering.

- Familiarity with bio-application techniques and their implementation in practical.

- Result driven and good in communications, team work.
