Startup leverages cutting-edge AI technology to help investors source, diligence, and close private equity secondary deals efficiently. By integrating and enriching data from Preqin, S&P, and other trusted sources, we provide deep, actionable insights that drive better investment decisions.


Unlike other data providers, startup doesn’t just supply raw data. We transform it into predictive performance metrics, advanced risk assessments, and market sentiment analyses, offering a unique, enriched perspective on the PE secondary market.


Job Description:As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software prototypes that bridge the gap between conceptual ideas and functional products. You will work closely with our product and design teams to bring ideas to life, leveraging your expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both frontend and backend applications.
  • Create rapid prototypes to test feasibility and iterate based on feedback.
  • Implement user interfaces using React.js and Material-UI.
  • Build scalable backend services using Express.js and integrate them with MongoDB databases.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in React.js and Material-UI for frontend development.
  • Strong experience with Express.js and MongoDB for backend development.
  • Excellent prototyping skills, with the ability to quickly turn ideas into functional prototypes.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., Redux, Next.js).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
