Position objective and summary

  • Monitor, plan and organise the water treatment system processing activities
  • Submit reports on performance and progress

Main tasks / activities / responsibilities

  • Manage Shift Teams for daily operation activities
  • Ensure safe & smooth operation of systems & equipment and schedule regular maintenance
  • Check on production output according to specifications
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
  • Train and guide operators on safety protocol, work procedures & SOPs

Job requirements

  • Relevant Diploma with 2+ yrs/ Nitec with 3+ yrs relevant work experience
  • Must have experience in biological water treatment plant. (Eg: COD, BOD, MLSS etc..)
  • Process plant supervisory role will be advantageous
  • Experience working in EHS and Permit-To-Work system
  • Able to speak, read and write in English and Chinese
  • Good in communication skills and building teamwork among members of diverse cultures
