Teamintroduction:

The TikTok Engineering Test Teamfocuses on testing and delivering innovative, high-quality productfeatures of the TikTok as well as protecting user data. Our Missionis to facilitate the release of TikTok features and enhancementsfrom the development to production stage through effective testing,delivering quality at speed.

As a Test Engineeron our team, you will:

1. Design, develop, andimplement functionality testing for mobile applications(iOS/Android) and the service of mobileapplications;

2. Design test plans for newfeatures and regression test cases;

3. Work onproject management, risk management, and process managementtasks;

4. Help implement test tools andcollaborate with automation/performance test teams to build upinternal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team moreproductive;

5. Track defects manage bugs duringthe whole software developmentcycle.

Qualifications

MinimumQualifications

1. BS/MS degree in a relevantfield: Computer Engineering or EE;

2. 2+ yearsof testing experience, within mobile application and/or backendservice application;

3. Have distributedapplication and iOS/Android fundamentalknowledge;

4. Excellent problems solving skills,ability to coordinate with different local and globalteams;

5. Strong passion for mobile internet andbuilding next generation mobile application, can take fullresponsibility for service end to end qualityassurance.

PreferredQualifications:

1. Familiar withJava/Python/Objective-C/Golang, experience in related projectsdevelopment;

2. Familiar with performancetesting tools, iOS/Android automation, and/or test platformdevelopment;

3. Familiar with Redis, NSQ,Zero-MQ, Kafka, Docker, K8s, Hive, Spark.
