Roles & Responsibilities

Work Location and Timing:

  • Located around Pioneer Road
  • 5 day work week, day Shift (0730hrs – 1930hrs)
  • Meal provided
  • Transport available to/from Jurong East MRT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and report complex or large-scale safety and security incidents
  • Assist in evacuation
  • Basic incident response
  • Manage the Central Alarm Monitoring, fire control, lift control and carpark system
  • Monitor CCTV & Centralized Alarm monitoring and maintain CCTV storage libraries
  • Assist in issuance and accounting of keys
  • Any other duties as requested by Management

Job Requirements:

  • Valid SSO PLRD License + 1 notification
  • Valid First Aid Cert
  • Comfortable in wearing construction PPE (provided)
