Jurong East (2 bus stop from Jurong East MRT)

Basic Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 + Performance Bonus

Company Background:

Japanese company specialize in Engineering solutions like providing control valves solutions to oil & gas, petrochemical and other industries.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Must have experience and knowledge in control valves, pump or thermodynamics
  • Hands-on experience with valve sizing and selection software is an advantage
  • Training provided for entry / junior level, those with 3 years' experience and above will consider as senior rank.

Job Scopes:

  1. Technical Support and Application Design:Evaluate customer requirements and project specifications, and recommend appropriate solutions for specific applications.
    Design and select control valves and desuperheaters based on process conditions, fluid properties, meeting project-specific specifications.
    Prepare detailed technical proposals to ensure optimal performance of control valves and desuperheaters in various process conditions, including valve and desuperheater sizing, material selection, and compliance with applicable codes.
  2. Customer Engagement:Collaborate with sales teams to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
    Collaborate with clients to understand their process challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and expertise.
  3. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:Develop technical and commercial proposals, including detailed scope of supply and pricing, within specified timeline.
    Ensure seamless communication with clients to clarify requirements and address technical queries.
    Work closely with sales, manufacturing, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
