Roles & Responsibilities

Role description:

The Engineer will ensure the efficient and effective operation of these systems, meeting service-level agreements and resolving complex technical issues. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, providing training, and supporting regional teams. The ideal candidate will perform all duties with minimal supervision and adhere to global operational processes and guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze physical security system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Resolve complex system issues for physical security systems and networks.
  • Liaise and coordinate with security, facilities, vendors, and technical specialists for new implementations.
  • Participate in the pilot, migration, and deployment of access surveillance support solutions.
  • Support regional team setup based on the allocated headcount.
  • rain system users and other system support personnel on the use and management of physical security systems.
  • Document global operation processes and guidelines for consistent implementation.
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Initiate and follow up with vendors on critical technical support requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT groups and Security on various projects and other network support requirements.
  • Implement and maintain global operation processes and guidelines, ensuring thorough documentation.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum Higher NITEC in Security System Integration or a related field.
  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply


Preferences:
  • Proven experience in managing and supporting physical access surveillance systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to resolve complex system and network issues effectively.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including security, facilities, vendors, and technical specialists.
  • Proficient in training users and support personnel on system operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to implement corrective actions efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with IT groups, security teams, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Experience in the implementation of global operation processes and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with pilot, migration, and deployment processes for access surveillance support solutions.
  • Ability to support and manage regional team setups effectively.
