PT Salary: $11/hr - weekday & $12/hr - Weekend

Description

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Have the knowledge, confidence and desire to positively resolve customer complaints with efficiency.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations at the Exchange & Returns counter.
• Collection of payment for goods and services from customers.
• Maintaining good order/cleanliness of your work area.
• Attend to and assist customers on their enquiries on products during payment.

YOUR PROFILE
• Enjoys working together as a team in a fast paced environment.
• Possess good communication skills and have an eye for detail.
• Service-oriented and comfortable to handle customer enquiries.
• Self-motivated and have a desire to take on responsibility to do a good job.
• Able to support business on weekends and public holidays.
• Helpful and outgoing personality; enjoys meeting with people.
