  • Ensuresresidents receive the experience as detailed in brand SOP, RafflesHotel Singapore local SOP as well as Leading Quality Assurance(LQA) standards, and aims to achieve the targets set bymanagement.
  • Upholds flawless impression andperception of the Raffles Hotel Singapore products, services andcolleagues.
  • Observes and anticipatesresident’s needs in a discreet and non-intrusive manner, offeringprompt, efficient and personalised service to ourresidents.

Candidate Profile

Knowledge and Experience

  • Primary School Education.
  • English-written and spoken is ideal but notnecessary.

  • Ability to work efficientlyand independently under pressure in a dynamicenvironment.
