Overview

A Teacher's Assistant in FCE is responsible to assist in food preparation, cleaning, and organising in school F&N labs, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting teachers efficiently.


Job Description

  • Assist teachers in preparation of ingredients/ equipment to conduct practical lessons.
  • Maintain general cleanliness of workplace
  • Ensure proper stock-taking of ingredients and equipment.
  • Account and check for deliveries of kitchen supplies such as equipment & ingredients.
  • Assist to supervise the safety and discipline of students.

Requirements

  • Proficient and knowledgeable in supporting food studies lessons
  • Prior working experience of at least 1 year performing similar functions in school context is an advantage
  • Physically and medically fit to carry heavy equipment and ingredients.

Specifications:

  • Weekdays, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.45pm
  • Hougang Area.
