Job Definition:


‘The job incumbent will have to spearhead and manage all communication conduits between all stakeholders, including those at the customers end. The activities encompass working with customers, related third parties/ partners and technical team to define and document business processes and software requirements for implementing and maintaining Salesforce applications.


Required Skills and Attributes:

Ø Salesforce Administrator to Consultant skill level

Ø Prior experience of working with Salesforce Experience cloud / CRM Analytics, Omnistudio, LWC, etc

Ø Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is a plus

Ø Customer interfacing experience

Ø Strong business analysis skills

Ø Experience in modeling business processes

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills

Ø Experience conducting workshops and training sessions

Ø Clear understanding of development processes – SDLC

Ø Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis

Ø Business case development

Ø Leadership

Ø Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills


Required Experience:


Ø Minimum 6 years of Salesforce Experience

Ø Must have demonstrated experience in gathering requirements by directly interacting with customers for CRM, web based and related projects.

Ø Must have experience working closely with different stakeholders at customer, partner and technical teams.

Ø Must have knowledge preparing business requirement documents and ensures that there is integration between business and technology.

Ø Must have experience analyzing and modeling existing business processes. Prepare current state of business process and desired future state.

Ø Experience working with Onsite-offshore model preferred

Ø Exposure to tools preferred.


Job Description:


Ø Helping implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners.

Ø Presenting the customer requirements and handing over for execution.

Ø Requirements are the core of Consultant’s role:

(1) Requirements Gathering- defining, analyzing and documenting requirements; managing requirements at the project level, leading to fulfilling business needs

o Assisting with the business case

o Planning and monitoring

o Eliciting requirements

o Requirements organization

o Translating and simplifying requirements

o Requirements management and communication

o Requirements analysis

(2) Requirements Analysis- Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and handing over to delivery teams for deployment

Ø Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with the project management team to prepare project plan, effort estimation, prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.

Ø Provide analytic support, partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions.

Ø Participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.

Ø Conduct User Training and Admin Training sessions, document user manuals.

Ø Be first point of contact for post go live support and hyper care as needed for critical and large roll outs.
